About Us

The IEHOA is a local hockey officials association. We operate out of Spokane, WA and our primary rink is Eagles Ice Arena. We are determined to introduce new members to the other side of the game outside of playing or coaching. Our goal is to teach and perform all necessary duties of officials while also making the job as enjoyable as possible. Many of our members have been around the sport for number of years and their guidance, advice, and teaching helps make it easy for new officials to be welcomed into the association. Some notable officials who have come from out association are Sean MacFarlane, Riley Bowles, Anthony Guzzo, Jeremi DelCampo, and of course former NHL official, Dennis LaRue.
